Private sessions follow a program created to offer you an individual experience of learning about mindfulness and meditation. With this program you can:
- Learn how to meditate & find a practice that fits your needs
- Learn how to adopt a regular practice and incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life
- Get more in touch with your authentic self
- Aquire tools to help you slow down and savor positive experiences
- Get personalized sessions designed just for you
If this is your first ever private session with me, please book the Introductory private session, so we can first get to know each other, talk about the program, and prepare for the journey ahead. Otherwise, please book this Standard private session.
Note: Each standard private session is 40 minutes long. Introductory session lasts 30 minutes and offers an introduction into the program. Zoom link will be sent to your e-mail at least 30 minutes before the session and you will be able to connect to the session 10 minutes earlier. If it is possible, join the session before the start, so we can settle in and begin on time 🙂
